Redeeming a Brown Dust 2 coupon is a three-step loop: identify the nickname the server actually stores, submit the code on the correct form, then open mail. You do not need to finish Story Pack 1, but you do need to leave the tutorial and set a nickname. Guest accounts can redeem. Linked Google, Apple, Facebook, or NEOWIZ accounts can redeem. One code, one success per account — alts each need their own nickname.

Find the nickname the form wants

Open your profile card from the lobby. The name under the portrait is the coupon nickname. It is not the login email, the Google account, or the random Guest-XXXX string you saw for thirty seconds at install. If you renamed yourself after the tutorial, use the new name. If a guild tag is visible in chat, it is still not part of the coupon field.

Write the name down with the same capitals and spaces. The coupon API is case-sensitive enough to waste an evening. If you recently changed names, wait a minute before submitting; the web form can lag behind the client.

Redeem on the official web form (every platform)

This path works on iOS, Android, emulators, and the Windows client.

1. Open https://redeem.bd2.pmang.cloud/bd2/ in a browser.
2. Paste your nickname into Nickname.
3. Paste the live code from the codes list into Coupon Code. For September 2026 that is 2026BD2SEP.
4. Submit. A success toast does not dump items on the HUD.
5. Launch Brown Dust 2, open Mail, claim the attachment.

Use a browser you are signed into only if you want autofill; the form does not use your Google Play identity. You can redeem from a PC browser for a phone account as long as the nickname matches.

Redeem in-game (Android and PC)

1. Clear the tutorial until the lobby HUD appears.
2. Tap More (sometimes labelled ETC or the four-square button).
3. Choose Register Coupon.
4. Confirm the nickname shown above the text box. If it is still Guest-something, cancel and set a real name first.
5. Enter the code, submit, then open mail.

The PC launcher follows the same More menu. If you play windowed, do not paste a line break from Discord; the extra character fails the checksum.

iOS-specific notes

Apple’s in-app purchase rules hide many coupon buttons. If Register Coupon is missing, that is expected, not a bug. Stay on the web form. Some Masters sideload APKs to see the Android menu — you do not need to. The web form is the supported path and it credits the same mailbox.

Region is not a coupon filter. Global, Asia, Americas, and Europe nicknames all hit the same coupon service. Korea and Germany run extra costume filters for ratings; coupons still apply, they just will not spawn a hidden costume onto a censored client.

After the items land

Tickets belong on the 12-Pick selective banner until your buffer line is plus-ranked. Dia belongs on a banner you already decided to plus, not on a panic 10-pull. If you have not learned the grid yet, park the tickets and read combat first — wasting a coupon on a costume you cannot slot is worse than sitting on it for a day.

Collab weeks overlap coupons. The Chained Soldier 2 event that opened 10 September 2026 has its own missions and costume shops. Claim the monthly code, then open events so you do not treat event currency as coupon loot.
